This home is being built near the Neuse River in Eastern North Carolina. In this area the high water table prevents the digging of basements, and Enertia® homes are built with a bermed basement. In this photo, the kit construction is complete on the main level.

This is the Sunspace, which is a "dogleg" in this model. It consists of a 3'6" deep Gallery section (left) and a 5'6" deep Sunspace section. The living room opens to the Gallery, and the master bedroom opens to the Sunspace.
