ENERTIA   HOMES No Fuel? No Power? .......No Problem

INVEST in ENERTIA®

After agriculture, housing is the largest ($ amount) market and enterprise in the world - and stubbornly, one of the last that has not entered the computer age. Most houses are still built on-site by carpenters, with 2x4’s, particle board, and tarpaper.

The current lull in the American housing market may the time to act. The housing bubble, combined with violent weather, has people talking about their house, not as a commodity to be “flipped.” but as secure shelter from whatever is coming.

Potential homeowners wonder why there has not been a technological breakthrough in houses, like there has been with cars and electronics. There has- it is the Enertia Building System, but they cannot yet go to a nearby store or dealer to feel, experience, and purchase it.

Theoretically, building houses with computer-milled blocks of 100% renewable abundant wood (left) is, in volume, the lowest cost way to build a traditional looking house. This is not even accounting for the superior longevity, strength, and energy savings. But this volume will never happen without forward thinking investors, and capital. The profit margin is there to sell, at least initially, on price-point alone to get a foot in the market, and establish precedent and awareness.

Builders are hungry now, and looking for something to distinguish themselves from the rest. Enertia® can move from a ‘niche’ market to the prevalent way of building, supplanting 2x4’s with a modern environmentally-sound product.
House building will return, and it is being steered toward different values; substance-over-size, renewable energy, renewable materials, strength against storms, safety in power blackouts, carbon-footprint, and recycling of materials. These values are where the Enertia® house excels.

Enertia® is technologically mature- a fully engineered system with proven examples. Only now a delivery and marketing infrastructure- dealers, models, lenders, local factories- must be built. We want to talk with investors who see this as not-an-obstacle, but an opportunity.
